Jacque Pavlosky - Buckinghamshire Glass Artist, Sculptor and Studios

About me

Jacque Pavlosky

Jacque is a glass artist and kiln formed glass and sculpture tutor, having discovered glass after many years of sculpting in other mediums, at which time she worked primarily from life.  Through the remarkable medium of glass she has come to explore a wider range of themes: architecture, textiles, pattern, nature, horses (Jacque has kept horses most of her life), as well as an ongoing exploration of the human condition and form.  An insatiable curiousity, art and culture in its many forms, travel and singing provide an ongoing inspiration to her life and work. Born in the USA, Jacque has lived in England for over 30 years.

The studio

Studio

Jacque has recently set up her own studio with specialised equipment for working in glass and sculpture.  The studio is a venue for a variety of artistic courses and opportunities for artists to hire studio space with coldworking equipment, mould-making materials, glass and kilns for casting their work with the support of a professional glass maker.  Courses include: casting techniques for sculpting and glass making, fusing, coldworking techniques  and kiln casting.  Please contact Jacque for details of future courses.
